Hello,
Iโm Phyllis. ๐๐ผ๐ผ
I'm looking into PhD opportunities for the Fall 2026 cycle.
I am a second-year master's student in the School of Information at University of Michigan, advised by Dr. Xu Wang. I also collaborate closely with Dr. Hao-Wen Dong from University of Michigan, Dr. Jeff Rzeszotarski from Cornell University, and Dr. Grace (Yu-Chun) Yen from National Yang-Ming Chiao-Tung University. In 2024, I graduated from the College of Computing and Information Science at Cornell, where I worked with Dr. Kyle Harms as a teaching assistant for two years.
As a researcher in Human-Computer Interaction who is passionate about empowering education and creativity, I explore and design different ways of human-AI collaboration to support learning, reflection, and communication, with a particular focus on creative domains such as writing and music (a cappella).
